Hi I am Shivani, The Good Gut Dietitian. By education I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified LEAP Therapist specializing in inflammatory disorders and gut health. I love working with gut health as it is the only thing that I grew up hearing. Did you poop? Did you poop well? My parents never hesitated to ask me these questions and now I understand why. 

Let’s pause for a second and stop thinking about weight loss. My question to you is not if you are losing weight but, if you are feeling good in your own body? Are you pooping well or you are always constipated? Do you always have smelly gas? Are you always gassy, bloated, and feel like you look 3 months pregnant? What about brain fog?

The first symptom change with the “brain fog” disappearing by the third day.  I have been sleeping solidly through the night with almost no insomnia at all.  Also, when following my diet plan, I have experienced almost no bloating or stomach pain.  In summation, almost all of my symptoms have either disappeared or been greatly reduced.  As a bonus to following the diet, eating the foods shown to be least reactive to my body, I also lost about 11 pounds in two and half weeks.
